The Hammersmith Preparatory School is a new school, which opened its doors in September 2012 to address the needs of our community. Every community has a basic need to educate its children – we aim to be the “go to” school for our community and neighbouring communities.

Hammersmith Preparatory School Community The Falmouth Trelawny area is experiencing rapid population and commercial growth spurred by a new cruise ship pier, new tourist attractions and several new subdivisions. In addition to the existing families, these new communities will add many new families with children in the targeted age-range within the next few years. With limited quality education centers in the immediate area, the timing of this new school is perfect.

This location is ideal because the immediate community is under-served. About six minutes from Falmouth & Wakefield; fifteen minutes from Greenwood and Braco; and only five minutes from Martha Brae exit off the A1 highway.

The school property is ideal for private school purposes: Perched on three acres of land with lots of outdoor space for children to explore, learn and play A detached building designed for the children and dedicated to learning, set back a safe distance from the main road.
